half-empty thoughts: grads! need to spend more time with you while you all live within 15 minutes walking distance!
half-full thoughts: SO MUCH has happened - and ONLY MORE will happen:
- reading week - really looking forward to seeing a whole bunch of some very very special ppl.. or visiting them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cline house times in TO!!!
- SECOND NATURE - our upcoming EM!!
- outreaches going on in residences - navs and crusades are ALL over it - praise the LORD for how He provides!
- Grad dindin!!!
- and a billion other things to come
and what has happened in the last month and a half? how i wish i could just write long entries for every event - but i'll let the pictures say all i want to say about it + short blurbs:
HCCF RETREAT
love all these dudes and dudettes and our oodles of gatherings (small groups, upper year FONDUE night, lower year lunches, prayer meetings, large groups!!!)
"Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Him, who is the Head, that is Christ.......Ephesians 4:15-16
and I loved how Jo led worship this Friday for app. night, emphasizing that we have One God, One Faith...

night of worship, candlelight sharing until 2 am altogether, surrendering individually and as one...
we love pam and roger; mad envious of western acf! we'd take the home and keep them in hamilton if we could... ;) we were truly blessed with their presence and love
someone had too much fun late saturday night

our awesome awesome riduculously fun-loving, solid frosh group - and yes, i'm in there because becky and victor pulled me in because i still look like a frosh... >.< ==>
EMILY'S ARTWORK
So my little sister's logo was chosen for her school's musical: bookmarks, posters, calendars, T-shirts, even COOKIES.it was kinda weird to see her work mass-produced like that... haha.. i'm MAD proud of her though!!! and the show was brilliant. 7/8th graders - crazy what they can do!! dance, sing, play in their own pit band, write their own script, compose the theme song, do sound and lighting!!
HLTH SCI FORMAL
yay!!!! another year at formal together!! fuuuuuuuun... :)
i luv these girls (grace is missing!) + edwin and niranjan (who is missing as well) despite the fact that dinner was kinda... boring?.. hahaha... we had our fun taking really random and stupid pictures. how many combinations of pictures can you get with the few of us? haha... i think we did all of it.. at least we were smart enough to NOT take the same picture with ALL of our cameras! one USB passed around and msn spaces is a brilliant idea.. ;)
lookin' forward to charity ball next year when whoever get into meds will be back to get all prettied up for some good ol' times again...

Health sci crew - almost the exact same pic last year minus niranjan, with an added dose of SARCASM, cut-eyeing, and the quickened overreactions of self-defense that stems from the now-embedded assumption that everyone is always collectively mocking you. ;) ouch, ouch, and ouch.
HCCF meshes HEALTH SCI! oooooh yeah!!!!coffeehouse - last minute performance of Canon in D. LOL.. oh dear - what happens when you put two flutists, a violinist and a pianist who has never played before together? ... umm... >.<
so.. this is now in the works... hopefully... :
next stop: delicious asian cuisine back in the hometown of markham/richmond hill. hamilton food just does NOT compare. oh.. and we should add in french cuisine too and go to the restaurant where michelle had her.. oh-so-awesome steak...
future stop 1: coffeehouse w/ our new instruments - grace, edwin on violin; michelle, tat and i on guitar. next year guys next year!!! tuning will hopefully be a lot better - no gradually getting flat!!!
future stop 2: CRUISE so we can eat good food all day long , and then come home with more reasons to compare and criticize everything we eat...
future stop 3: sophisticated chillage at jenn/edwin's future posh apartment in dt toronto with edwin's grand auto-playing jazz in the background (no more TSH B108.. maybe we should hire chris - REAL live jazz is waaaay better...)
final thoughts:
amazing support from bros and sisters at prayer meetings. extremely refreshed each time. crazy four-day stretch of POLICY assignment/ small groups + upper year FONDUE + HCCF large groups + women's social
need to say thanks to jess, dorcas and amanda - as always. lovely serving together for the same event last weekend :)can't wait for some more bonding saturday... away from hamilton - let the monthly celebrations continue! i love you girls!
*whew*
and yes, i've posted this a billion times and the formatting still isn't right, but at least pictures aren't on top of each other. no more posting pictures.. haha.. i'll just WRITE from now on!!
thank you God for all the moments since this term has started...
"take my moments and my days, let them flow in ceaseless praise..."
